Terms of service

This page contains a draft of the terms of service. The final version will be published before commercial launch and will be binding on every user of A1 Kirjaus.

Use of the program

A1 Kirjaus is a desktop application installed on your own computer. The core bookkeeping features are available without a subscription. The AI assistant unlocks with a paid subscription or pay-as-you-go billing.

Limitation of liability

The suggestions made by the AI assistant are recommendations. Final responsibility for the correctness of the bookkeeping always rests with the party legally required to keep the books. We recommend the use of a licensed Finnish accountant, especially for VAT reports and the annual financial statement.

Cancellation

A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The payment provider handles cancellations and refunds in accordance with applicable legislation.
